Retainer:

$600.00 (non-refundable) to hold your date. Balance of $1,200 + the per person fee and tax is due two weeks before your wedding. |

5 1/2 hours 6:30 pm - 12:00 am (The bar and music shuts down at 11:00 pm with 1 hour to gather your personal items) |

Available: |
Monday thru Thursday (flexible time slots) Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 6:30 pm to 12:00 pm if you are having your reception only. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 5:30 pm to 12:00 pm if you are having your ceremony and reception both - you actually gain on hour at no charge between ceremony and reception.. Additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $250.00 per hour. This time may be scheduled before the start of your event - never at the end. |

| Food: | We highly recommend you use Grandview Catering for your event. Call Jen at 231-932-9713 (or) visit the "catering services" page for menus and pricing. If you decide on a different caterer there is an up charge of $300.00 and is due 2 weeks prior to your event with your other balances. |
| Flowers & Decor: | |
| Colored linens and other decor rental items are available for an additional charge. Click on our "Linens and Decor" department. Personal flowers and flowers for your reception are available for an additional charge. Click on "Flowers" department. | |

| Alcohol and Beverages: | |
|
|
You may provide your own alcohol and beverages I understand that all alcohol consumed at my event must be brought in in advance and that no other alcohol may be brought in or consumed by any of my guests on Frog Pond Village property. No alcohol may be consumed in our parking lot. I also understand that the bar will not be open to consume any alcoholic beverages until after the wedding ceremony. Note: Any person using profanity or violence will be asked to leave the premises. |

You must hire a professional bartender (usually through your caterer). Ice is available to you for a charge of $85.00 (enough for all evening). You may also rent our C02 system for a charge of $85.00 for the single or a double/triple C02 system for $145.00. |
| Restrictions: | |

No sparklers, no mints, no smoke machines, no colored
candles, no confetti, among others (It is always best to check prior to your event to avoid unwanted surprises) (all candles that you bring must be pre-approved to insure they are properly contained.) |

$400.00 (will be returned to you providing there are no damages,
excess cleaning fees or unpaid balance) Due two weeks in advance of your event |

| Note: You must use china and silverware with the exception of the serving of hors' d'oeuvres, dessert, beer, wine and coffee. Grandview Catering included them in their food prices. If you are serving hors 'd ouvres as your main meal, you must use china for these as well. | |
